目的:对某部海岛官兵家属进行妇科疾病普查和分析,为加强相关防治工作提供依据。方法:选择参加某驻岛医院体检中心妇科疾病普查的官兵家属357例,项目包括妇科体检、白带常规、宫颈刮片及超声检查等,对普查结果进行分析。结果:接受妇科超声检查357例;行宫颈刮片检查309例、白带常规检查278例,其余因月经期等原因未查。宫颈检查发现外观异常146例(宫颈柱状上皮异位71例、宫颈囊肿62例、宫颈肥大7例及宫颈赘生物6例);确诊阴道炎28例,卵巢囊肿24例,子宫肌瘤21例,盆腔炎性疾病6例,宫内节育器位置下移3例,子宫腺肌症2例;绝经后妇女未发现宫腔内占位及子宫内膜异常增厚;宫颈刮片309例均未发现肿瘤细胞。结论:定期对海岛官兵家属进行妇科普查十分必要。
OBJECTIVE: To carry out the general survey and analysis of the gynecological diseases among the officers and soldiers in a certain island and provide the basis for strengthening the prevention and control work. Methods: 357 cases of officers and soldiers who participated in the general survey of gynecological diseases in a medical examination center of the island hospital were selected. The items included gynecological examination, routine leucorrhea, cervical smears and ultrasound examination. The results of the census were analyzed. Results: 357 cases received gynecologic ultrasonography; 309 cases were examined by cervical smears; 278 cases were checked by leucorrhea routinely; the rest were not checked due to menstruation and other reasons. Cervical examination showed abnormal appearance of 146 cases (cervical columnar epithelial ectopic 71 cases, 62 cases of cervical cysts, cervical hypertrophy in 7 cases and 6 cases of cervical neoplasms); confirmed vaginitis in 28 cases, 24 cases of ovarian cysts, 21 cases of uterine fibroids, Pelvic inflammatory disease in 6 cases, IUD down 3 cases, 2 cases of adenomyosis; postmenopausal women did not find intrauterine space occupying and endometrial thickening; 309 cases of cervical smear were found Tumor cells. Conclusion: Regular gynecological surveys of the families of island officers and soldiers are necessary.
