潘其昌先生,1962年2月出生,浙江上虞人,毕业于上海社会科学院研究生部,获工商管理硕士学位,现任上海华晖建设(集团)有限公司董事长、总裁。
Mr. Pan Qichang was born in February 1962 in Shangyu, Zhejiang Province. He graduated from the Graduate School of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences with a master’s degree in business administration. Currently, he is the chairman and president of Shanghai Hua Hui Construction (Group) Co., Ltd.
