领导干部选任科学化、民主化、制度化是当前我国干部选用工作改革的大势所趋。干部选任科学化、民主化与制度化是指以党政领导干部选任科学、民主与法治为发展方向,以党政领导干部选任程序为依据,建立健全一整套适应和符合科学、民主与法治要求的制度体系和运行机制,以达到高效的选贤任能的目的。党政领导干部选拔任用制度的科学化、民主化与制度化具有内在的统一联系,是不可分割的,因而要将科学性、民主性与法治性贯穿于党政领导干部选任的全过程。
