2012年6月28日,金沙江白鹤滩水电站坝址施工区的9条泥石流沟暴发了泥石流灾害。在实地调查基础上,应用规范中的模糊数学评判方法对9条泥石流沟进行了泥石流易发程度判别,进一步采用了模拟计算和现场调查2种方法对9条泥石流沟危险区进行了初步区划。分析结果得出:a)除延吉沟和凉水沟的泥石流易发程度为轻度易发外,其余泥石流沟的泥石流易发程度均为中等易发,其中以大寨沟为最易发,矮子沟次之;b)单沟泥石流危险性从大到小的顺序依次为:大寨沟>矮子沟>大石垴沟>白鹤滩沟>延吉沟>凉水沟>牛路沟>海子沟>蔡家坪沟;c)单沟泥石流危险区面积为1.61km2,占流域总面积的0.7%。最后,在上述分析结果的基础上提出了针对性的泥石流防灾建议。
On June 28, 2012, nine debris flow ditches broke out in the construction area of the dam site of Baihetan Hydropower Station on the Jinsha River. Based on the field investigation, the fuzzy mathematics judgment method was used to judge the extent of debris flows in nine debris flow ditches. Two methods were used to carry out the preliminary division of nine debris flow ditches. The results show that: a) Except for the easiness of mud-rock flow in Yanji Gully and Liangshuigou, the easiness of mud-rock flow in the other debris-flow ditches are moderately prone, of which Dazhaigou is the most vulnerable, Followed by the ditch; b) the order of the single ditch debris flow hazard descending order is: Dazhaigou> Dazidou> Dashitougou> Baihetan ditch> Yanji ditch> Liangshuigou> Niuluogou> Haizi ditch> Caijiaping ditch ; c) Dangerous area of single debris flow is 1.61km2, accounting for 0.7% of the total area of the basin. Finally, based on the above analysis results, we put forward some suggestions on disaster prevention of debris flow.
