玉门石油机械厂在1973年首先试验成功液体碳氮硼三元共渗工艺后,兰州石油机械研究所在1975年又试验成功气体三元共渗工艺,接着上海工艺所、北京机电所、宝鸡石油机械厂、武汉热处理厂等单位先后进行了试验研究,均获得了可喜的成绩。实践证明碳氮硼三元共渗具有硬度高、脆性小、耐磨性好、抗腐蚀性强、零件变形小等优点,在短短的几年内全国就有几十个单位进行试验研究和生产,在渗剂选择和成份配比上出现了
