企、事业单位财务工作的核心部门——核算中心,其电算化的应用非常重要,它是各单位生存发展成败的关键,为适应经济体制改革的需要,我所在的单位德阳市气象局,从十年前就开始进行会计电算化的改革,从最初使用的安易3.11单机版财务管理软件,发展到今天全国气象部门通用的用友GRP-A++财政门户管理系统,会计信息处理从手工逐渐过度到当今的会计电算化,其会计操作技术和信息处理方式发生了重大变革。为了更好地适应会计电算化下对现行会计的需求,提高会计核算的质量和水平,应从以下方面采取措施:单位领导要高度重视会计电算化工作,要认识开展会计电算化工作的意义,并且树立以财会人员为核心的“人本主义思想”、必须健全部门预算管理和原始凭证审核等制度、完善会计电算化的内部控制制度、培养复合型的会计人才,适应会计电算化的要求。
