测试金属材料圆柱形拉伸试棒的拉伸强度时,由于试验机上圆试样V型钳口使用时间长后,会产生装夹试样后夹紧力不够。随着拉伸试验台的上升,测试试样产生滑动,影响测试工作的正常进行。针对此情况,我们在光滑圆柱形试样的夹持两端部,车削螺距1.5mm深1mm的螺旋槽(见右示意图),再将试样装夹在试验机上圆试样V型钳口上,测试时就不会产生滑动现象。 此法适用于钢材、铸铁及有色金属加工成的圆柱形拉伸试样。
