目的了解威海市农村地区急诊医疗资源配置的现状,为建立健全本地区农村急救医疗服务体系提供参考依据。方法 2014年1—6月对威海市部分周边农村基层医疗机构进行问卷调查和实地考察。结果共调查18家农村基层医疗卫生机构,急诊医生60名,护士132名;其中副高以上的医生5名,占8.33%,副高以上的护士2名,占1.52%。其中18家一级医院(乡镇卫生院和民营医院)中共有救护车12辆,13家医院没有呼吸机,6家医院没有体外除颤仪,所有医院急诊科均没有急诊重症监护病房。结论威海市农村地区急救医疗资源配置相对落后,急救布局不合理,硬件设施和人员配备薄弱,应对突发公共卫生事件能力不足,必须及时加以改进。
Objective To understand the current situation of emergency medical resources allocation in rural areas of Weihai and provide references for establishing and improving rural emergency medical service system in this area. Methods From January to June 2014, questionnaires and field trips were conducted on some rural primary medical institutions in Weihai City. Results A total of 18 rural primary health care institutions, 60 emergency doctors and 132 nurses were surveyed. Among them, there were 5 doctors with a height above the ground, accounting for 8.33% and 2 nurses above the sub-elevation, accounting for 1.52%. Among them, there are 12 ambulances in 18 first-class hospitals (township hospitals and private hospitals), 13 hospitals have no ventilator, 6 hospitals have no external defibrillator, and none of the hospital emergency department has an emergency ICU. Conclusion The allocation of emergency medical resources in rural areas in Weihai is relatively backward, the layout of first aid is not reasonable, the facilities and staffing of hardware are weak, and the ability to deal with public health emergencies is inadequate and must be improved in time.
