青年在社会环境的影响下于就业过程中所形成的群体共有的价值观、行为规范和物质表象构成了青年就业文化。国家经济社会发展步入改革深水区后,我国社会矛盾集中凸显,青年就业文化也呈现出认知与行为、主动与被动、先进与偏激、个人需要与政策导向等多重矛盾共存的特征。新时期青年就业文化建设,要坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领,塑造积极、健康、正向的青年就业价值观,倡导树立符合经济社会发展规律的青年就业行为规范,建立有效的青年就业公共服务体系。
The collective values, codes of conduct and material appearance of the youth formed by the youth in the process of employment under the influence of the social environment constitute the youth employment culture. After the country’s economic and social development has entered the reform of the Sham Shui Po District, the social conflicts in our country have become more concentrated. The employment culture of youth has also shown the coexistence of multiple contradictions such as cognition and behavior, activeness and passivity, advancedness and extremeness, individual needs and policy guidance. In the new era of youth employment culture, we must adhere to the socialist core values as the guide, create a positive, healthy and positive employment values of youth, advocate the establishment of a law of youth employment in line with the law of economic and social development, and establish an effective public service system for youth employment .
