本文通过对河南省开封县西村的实地考察 ,得出了对当前村落社会离婚的基本看法 :离婚模式仍基本上是传统型的 ,但已发生了变化。村落社会中维持婚姻的条件仍主要不是感情而是感情以外的因素 ,发达的防止婚姻破裂的两个网络使离婚率极低。离婚问题上的变化有 :婚外情以及由此引起的离婚有增多的趋势 ,妇女在离婚过程中处于主动地位等。这种变化虽然还没有达到威胁传统婚姻、家庭的程度 ,但其意义不能低估。
Based on the field investigation in Xicun County, Kaifeng County, Henan Province, this paper draws a basic view on the current social divorce in villages: the divorce model is still basically traditional, but changes have taken place. The conditions under which marriage is maintained in the village community are still largely non-emotional rather than emotional, and the well-developed networks that prevent the breakdown of the marriage make the divorce rate very low. Changes in the divorce are: extra-marital affairs and the resulting increase in divorce trends, women in the divorce process in the initiative and so on. Although this change has not yet reached the level of threat to traditional marriage and family, its significance can not be underestimated.
