为探究RAC(再生混凝土)与钢筋的粘结性能,选取最具代表性的旧房拆迁、高强桩基、市政工程、科学研究等四种废混凝土,经加工而成相应粗骨料,并考虑四种取代率、二种矿物掺合料、二种等级和三种直径的钢筋,采用正交试验法,制作17组试件。经拔出试验,分别测出最大平均粘结强度。结果表明:影响RAC最大平均粘结强度的主要因素依次为钢筋等级、再生粗骨料取代率、再生粗骨料来源、钢筋直径、矿物掺合料。
In order to explore the bonding properties of RAC (Recycled Concrete) and rebar, four kinds of waste concrete, such as the most representative old house demolition, high-strength pile foundation, municipal engineering and scientific research, are selected and processed into the corresponding coarse aggregate, Four kinds of substitution rate, two mineral admixtures, two grades and three diameters of steel, the use of orthogonal test method, the production of 17 test pieces. Pull out the test, respectively, measured the maximum average bond strength. The results showed that the main factors influencing the maximum average bond strength of RAC were the grade of rebar, the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, the source of recycled coarse aggregate, the diameter of rebar and the mineral admixture.
