提升教学高效率,是每个教育者值得永恒探究的问题。本文主要以自身多年教学实践为依据,从“掌握教育新理念,运用教学新方法的能力;设计教学新方案,运用学习新方式的能力;把握教学新手段,运用信息新技术的能力;开发课程新资源,加强教师深合作的能力;创立评价新方式,实施课程新策略的能力”五个方面阐述了综合实践活动教师应具备的能力,对提升教学综合实践活动课程高效率的作用。
