侯典尧是《中国残疾人》杂志在2000年第1期报道过的人物,山东省济宁市梁山县人。在右臂受伤致残后,他从学校的打铃工做起,自学板书,考上了村小学的民办教师,又因为教学成绩突出转为了公办教师。2003年,村镇小学合并,他又成为所在的杨家营镇京九小学的校长。对侯典尧来说,学生就是他的全部,既然乡亲们把孩子交到了他手里,他就要让每一个孩子都有出息。
Hou Dian-yao is the figure reported by China Disabled People’s magazine in the first issue in 2000, and was from Liangshan County, Jining City, Shandong Province. After his right arm was injured and disabled, he worked as a bell teacher in the school, wrote a self-taught blackboard and admitted to a private teacher in a village primary school, and also changed to a public teacher because of outstanding teaching achievements. In 2003, the merger of village primary schools, he became the head of the Jingjiu Primary School in Yangjiaying. For Hou Dian-yao, the student is all he has, and since the villagers have handed over the child to him, he has to give every child good news.
