准确及时地测定高炉炉体各部位冷却水流量,根据传热学有关公式计算出炉体表面冷却壁的热流强度,从而对高炉内衬进行有效的监视和控制,是维护合理操作炉型,保证高炉顺行、高产、安全、长寿的一项十分重要的工作。由于高炉排水系统的特定条件,长期以来,其流量测定问题一直未得到很好的解决。从1984年起,我们就开始了高炉冷却水流量测试方法的改进工作,经过不断地摸索和试验,终于使该项工作有了突破性的进展。
