近年发现在一些感染性疾病患者血中脂蛋白 (ａ) [ｌｉｐｏｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ(ａ) ,Ｌｐ(ａ) ]和Ｄ 二聚体 (Ｄ ｄｉｍｅｒ,Ｄ Ｄ)水平明显增高。而重症肺炎患儿血清Ｌｐ(ａ)和Ｄ Ｄ变化尚少见报道 ,本文对其进行检测并就其临床意义初步探讨如下。对象与分组 :重症肺炎组患儿 2 8例
In recent years, the blood levels of lipoprotein (a), Lp (a) and D dimer (D D) in patients with infectious diseases have been found to be significantly increased. However, the changes of serum Lp (a) and D D in children with severe pneumonia are seldom reported. This article is to detect and discuss the clinical significance of Lp (a) and D D. Subjects and subgroups: 28 cases of severe pneumonia in children
