目的研究朝鲜产东北红豆杉树皮中提取紫杉醇后残液的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱分离,通过理化常数和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果 分离并鉴定了10个化合物的结构,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、7-表-紫杉醇(2)、10-去乙酰基巴卡亭Ⅲ(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、7-木糖-紫杉醇(5)、2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane-1,3-diol(6)2、-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)propane-1,3-diol(7)、20,22-异丙叉基β-蜕皮甾醇(8)、4-O-β-D-xylopyrano-syl dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(9)、3,5,3′-三羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(10)。结论化合物6~10为首次从该属植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of rapeseed after the extraction of paclitaxel from the barks of North Korea yew tree. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results The structures of 10 compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (1), 7-epi-paclitaxel (2), 10-deacetylbaccatin Ⅲ (3), daucosterol (4), 7 - xylose - paclitaxel (5), 2- (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane-1,3-diol , 22-isopropylidene β-ecdysteroid (8), 4-O-β-D-xylopyrano-syl dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (9), 3,5,3’-trihydroxy- Flavonoids (10). Conclusion Compounds 6 ~ 10 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
