一、引言每个铁道车辆计算工程师都会遇到这样的问题,即在确定车体结构的断面尺寸时,应采用哪种计算方法。车体计算方法的选择,主要是根据计算精确度的大小、处理原始参数和计算所化的时间来确定的。下面所论述的计算方法,仅限于车体的整个结构,并不涉及细节的计算,如力的传递和不稳定性(折点、翘曲)的计算。在车体计算中须进行下列计算: (1)求静力; (2)根据载荷的假设、订户的要求和载荷的分配确定载荷项目; (3)求切向力、挠度、车体结构的自振频率和应力。
I. INTRODUCTION Each railway vehicle computing engineer will encounter such a problem, that is, what kind of calculation method should be adopted in determining the cross-sectional dimensions of the vehicle body structure. The choice of vehicle body calculation method is mainly based on the calculation accuracy of the size, the processing of the original parameters and the calculation of the time to determine. The calculation methods discussed below are limited to the entire structure of the vehicle body and do not involve the calculation of details such as force transmission and calculation of instabilities (break points, warpage). The following calculations are to be carried out in the bodywork calculation: (1) Seeking static forces; (2) Determining load items based on load assumptions, subscriber requirements and load distribution; (3) Calculating tangential force, deflection, body structure Natural frequency and stress.
