为探讨血透患者血清甲状旁腺素、骨钙素(BGP)和降钙素(CT)透析前后的水平变化及其互相关系。用放射免疫方法测定32例慢性肾衰血透患者透析前后全段甲状旁腺素(iPTH)、BGP和CT的水平变化,并分析与其它生化指标的关系。结果示血透患者iPTH、BGP和CT显著较正常组升高;透析后iPTH较透析前显著降低,BGP和CT透析后较透前无明显变化;iPTH与BGP、Scr、BUN呈明显正相关,与CT、血钙、磷不相关,BGP与scr、BUN呈正相关。提示血透在一定程度上可延缓和减轻甲状旁腺功能亢进状态,但仍不能控制肾性骨病的发展。
To investigate the changes of serum parathyroid hormone, osteocalcin (BGP) and calcitonin (CT) levels before and after dialysis in hemodialysis patients and their correlations. The levels of iPTH, BGP and CT in the whole dialysis before and after dialysis were determined by radioimmunoassay in 32 patients with chronic renal failure and their relationships with other biochemical parameters were analyzed. The results showed that iPTH, BGP and CT in hemodialysis patients were significantly higher than those in the normal group. IPTH was significantly lower after dialysis than before dialysis, and there was no significant change after dialysis between BGP and CT. IPTH was positively correlated with BGP, Scr and BUN, And CT, serum calcium, phosphorus is not related to BGP and scr, BUN was positively correlated. Prompted hemodialysis to a certain extent, can delay and reduce hyperparathyroidism, but still can not control the development of renal osteodystrophy.
