少数民族大学生就业难与民族地区人才短缺之间的结构性矛盾是制约少数民族地区发展的重要瓶颈。本文在分析产教融合、产城融合、城教融合和三螺旋理论的基础上,结合少数民族地区产业、新型城镇化和高等职业教育的内在关系提出产城教融合理论。通过高职教育、区域产业、新型城镇化建设三者之间的互动与共荣关系,实现少数民族地区经济与社会发展、民族文化的传承与创新、少数民族大学生就业与创业。
The structural contradiction between the employment difficulty of ethnic minority college students and the talent shortage in ethnic minority areas is an important bottleneck restricting the development of ethnic minority areas. Based on the analysis of the relationship between industry and education, industry-city integration, city-religion integration and triple-helix theory, this paper puts forward the fusion theory of city-generation-teaching based on the inherent relationship between industries in minority areas, new urbanization and higher vocational education. By means of the interactive and prosperous relations among higher vocational education, regional industries and new-type urbanization, the inheritance and innovation of economy and social development and national culture in ethnic minority areas and the employment and entrepreneurship of ethnic minority college students will be realized.
