为规范社会保险稽核工作,确保社会保险费应收尽收,维护参保人员的合法权益,根据《社会保险征缴暂行条例》和国家有关规定,劳动和社会保障部日前出台《社会保险稽核办法》。 所谓社会保险稽核,是指社会保险经办机构依法对社会保险费缴纳情况和社会保险待遇领取情况进行核查,由县级以上社会保险经办机构负责的稽核部门具体负责这项工作。
