目的 利用综合疫情报告卡,对现有的多个传染病疫情监测系统进行整合,保证入口与出口一致,使疫情报告数据更加准确统一,达到科学、快捷、准确传递传染病疫情信息,从而提高传染病疫情监测工作效率和报告质量。方法 将现有的艾滋病、性病、结核病等传染病的多个报告卡,整合为综合疫情报告卡,进一步规范传染病疫情报告。结果 消除多卡多系统多渠道报告传染病疫情的敝端,实现一卡一系统一渠道报告传染病疫情,减轻基层卫生医务人员工作负担,提高传染病疫情监测工作效率和报告质量。结论 采用综合疫情报告卡进行传染病疫情报告,提高了传染病疫情监测综合管理的能力,在我国卫生体制改革和发展中,具有可行性和实用价值。
OBJECTIVE To integrate the existing epidemic reporting cards with the existing epidemic reporting cards so as to ensure that the entrances and exits are in conformity with each other and to make the reporting of epidemic situation more accurate and uniform so as to achieve scientific and efficient transmission of information on the epidemic of infectious diseases so as to enhance the transmission of infectious diseases Disease surveillance work efficiency and reporting quality. Methods The existing report cards of infectious diseases such as AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis were integrated into an integrated epidemic report card to further standardize the reporting of the epidemic situation of infectious diseases. As a result, the multi-channel multi-channel infectious disease reporting system was eliminated. The epidemic situation of one-channel and one-channel reporting of infectious diseases was eliminated and the working burden of primary health and medical personnel was reduced. The efficiency and reporting quality of infectious disease surveillance were also improved. Conclusion The report of epidemic situation of infectious diseases by integrated epidemic report card has improved the capability of integrated management of epidemic situation monitoring of infectious diseases and is feasible and practical in the reform and development of China’s health system.
