[目的]设计并实现了一个支持应急决策的信息相关性判定系统。[方法]利用RDF数据模型对不同来源的信息进行建模,以表示出应对突发事件过程中的情境特征。基于规则的方法,实时的判定信息的相关性。[结果/结论]基于典型的小规模事件的评估结果表明,与基准值相比,系统能够显著的提高查准率和查全率。系统能够根据情境信息及时准确地为目标用户推送用以支持决策的信息。[局限]需要在大规模数据上对系统的行为作进一步评估。
[Objective] To design and implement an information relevance judgment system to support emergency decision. [Method] The RDF data model was used to model the information from different sources to show the situation characteristics during emergency response. Rule-based approach to determine the relevance of information in real time. [Results / Conclusions] The evaluation based on a typical small-scale event shows that the system can significantly improve the precision and recall compared with the reference value. The system can timely and accurately push targeted information to support decision-making based on contextual information. [Limitations] The behavior of the system needs to be further assessed on a large scale of data.
