目的了解各临床科室对消毒供应中心工作的满意度及其影响因素。方法 2008年1月2009年10月采取问卷调查法,对在消毒供应中心分发下送的所有科室进行工作改进前、后的调查,填写调查的内容共9个方面。结果发放问卷调查表800份,全部收回,有效率为100%;工作改进后存在问题的调查问卷数量明显减少,服务质量提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过调查问卷,消毒供应中心管理者能够及时了解到消毒灭菌供应方面存在的问题,及时改进工作中的不足与缺陷,采取有效措施,提高各个环节的服务质量和优化服务意识,为临床提供安全优质的服务。
Objective To understand the satisfaction of each clinical department with the work of disinfection supply center and its influencing factors. Methods January 2008 October 2009 In a questionnaire survey, all departments under the Disinfection Supply Center were sent to improve the work before and after the survey, fill in the investigation of the contents of a total of nine aspects. Results 800 questionnaires were distributed and all were recovered with an effective rate of 100%. There was a significant decrease in the number of questionnaires after the improvement of work, and the improvement of service quality with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Through the questionnaire, disinfection supply center managers can keep abreast of the problems in the supply of disinfection and sterilization, promptly improve the work of deficiencies and shortcomings, take effective measures to improve service quality in all aspects and optimize service awareness for the clinical Safe and quality service.
