国内外有关针灸治疗糖尿病的报道日趋增多,多半是以治疗前后相关指标的变化上去研究。本文通过糖尿病人和正常人针刺前后不同时间血糖变化的对照,观察针刺对人体血糖的影响。一、对象和方法 1.对象选择 (1) 糖尿病人:均为在我院住院治疗的糖尿病患者。①按WHO诊断标准已确诊为原发性糖尿病或隐性糖尿病者;②来我院时从未接受过针刺治疗;③或曾用口服降糖药效果不显,已停药3天以上者;
