对表面形成脉冲放电硬质合金层的50CrMoV钢,采用激光束进行加热淬火,显著提高了表层硬度及硬化层深度,并且大大改善了硬度分布。透射电镜和X射线衍射分析等结果表明,激光加热淬火使表层相组成发生了变化,并获得50~200nm的超细化组织。
On the surface of the formation of pulsed discharge cemented carbide layer of 50CrMoV steel, using laser beam quenching, significantly increased the surface hardness and hardened depth, and greatly improved the hardness distribution. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis results show that laser quenching changes the surface phase composition, and obtain ultrafine microstructure of 50 ~ 200nm.
