本文介绍了我们研制的适用于立式焊接各种壳管式换热器、锅炉等管板与管子头焊缝的LGS—1型自动双枪管板焊机的结构及其方案分析、焊接工艺、焊缝质量及效果。对LGS—1型自动双枪管板焊机的研制,突出的成果体现在机头结构的确定。本文将着重论述机头结构方案分析,这将对管板焊机的进一步研究与扩大应用提供一定的资料和经验,同时亦将帮助对本焊机机头结构特点的了解。本焊机的机头结构简单、重量轻、动作灵活、操作方便、效率高、焊接质量好,在当前是具有先进水平的管板焊机。
This article introduces the structure and solution analysis of the LGS-1 automatic double barrel plate welder which we developed for the vertical welding of various shell and tube heat exchangers, boilers and other tube plate and pipe head welds, the welding process , Weld quality and effectiveness. The development of the LGS-1 automatic double barrel plate welding machine, highlighting the results of the head structure is determined. This article will focus on the head structure program analysis, which will provide further information on the research and expansion of the tube plate welding machine to provide some information and experience, but also will help understand the characteristics of this machine head structure. The welding head structure is simple, light weight, flexible action, easy operation, high efficiency, good welding quality, at the present is the advanced level of tube plate welder.
