学校的德育管理一直都被异化为严肃的批评与冷酷的处分,长此以往,使得学生的内心深处对德育课程和德育部门甚至德育教师(尤其是班主任)充满敌意和畏惧。本文从笔者的教学实际谈谈如何让学校的德育管理放射艺术的光芒。使德育不再成为冰冷的字眼。
School moral education has always been alienated to serious criticism and cruel punishment. Over time, students’ deep feeling is full of hostility and fear to the moral education curriculum and moral education department, and even moral education teachers (especially the teacher in charge). This article from the author’s teaching practice talk about how to make the school’s moral education radiance art light. Moral education is no longer a cold word.
