At the end of the century, we felt the impact of a force, which is the “maritime revolution” brought by technological innovation. This revolution is definitely not to say that it is only a supplement of some new technologies and concepts to the traditional methods of naval operations, but a leap forward in omni-directional thinking. In the past, every type of naval battle mode was determined by the technological standards prevailing at the time, and people never needed to think ahead of the so-called naval battle decades later, let alone work hard. However, the world has changed greatly from now to the present. The navies of all countries tend to share a common understanding that the concepts of warfare in the era of 2010 are also recognized by many scholars. As a result, the problem has become simpler, that is, relying on the power of technological innovation to promote the further development of naval technology. For example, the concept of AIP has been around for many years and foreign validators are also emerging. Today, not only are Swedish submarines equipped with AIP systems, but the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia and other countries plan to install heat in future conventional submarines
