文章通过建立模型对山西省煤炭企业在市场经济条件下的公司治理绩效和影响因素进行了实证分析,发现山西省经济发展所倚赖的传统煤炭行业的生产率水平为负值,资本贡献率呈现饱和状态,尤其是大型国有控股企业的市场竞争优势薄弱,有必要实施重组整合及进一步的公司治理改革措施。重组整合后国有股权通过公司治理结构拥有较强的控制力,可以对行业发挥更强的战略目标主导作用,有助于加速地区传统经济转型。
This paper empirically analyzes the corporate governance performance and influencing factors of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province under market economy by establishing a model and finds that the productivity level of the traditional coal industry relied on by the economic development of Shanxi Province is negative and the contribution rate of capital is saturated In particular, the market competitive advantages of large state-controlled enterprises are weak and it is necessary to implement restructuring and reorganization and further corporate governance reform measures. After the reorganization and consolidation, state-owned equity owns strong control over the corporate governance structure and can play a leading role in the industry in becoming a stronger strategic target, helping to speed up the traditional economic restructuring in the region.
