近年掺钕硫氧化镧(LOS:Nd)作为新的激光材料引起人们兴趣。这种材料已用引上法生长出优质单晶。由于LOS熔化时分解,故研究了熔体与化学配比的偏离。介绍了本研究工作中用的设备和生长参数。
In recent years, Nd-doped lanthanum oxysulfide (LOS: Nd) as a new laser material aroused people's interest. This material has been used to lead the law to grow high-quality single crystal. Due to LOS melting decomposition, it is studied the deviation of the melt and the chemical ratio. The equipment and growth parameters used in this study are presented.
