在实际培训工作中,每当问及受训员工培训之后的感受时,他们通常的自我评价都是“质量不错”或者“收获颇多”。但“不错”究竟到什么程度?“颇多”又是什么意思?如何鉴定和评价培训质量,是当前企业培训工作中的难题。因此,建立科学的培训质量评估机制,采用合理的培训评估方法,对培训质量进行有效的评价和考核,使企业了解培训投资的效果、证明培训所带来的成绩、肯定培训对企业的贡献是非常重要的。
In actual training, whenever they ask about the trainees’ training experience, they usually evaluate themselves as “good quality” or “very much”.
