本文用偏光显微镜研究了ET与OBA无规共聚酯(50/50摩尔比)的向列相织构.在熔融膜中观察到典型的圆盘形结构,圆盘内为粗丝而圆盘外为细丝.其成因认为是丝状织构粗化过程不均匀导致的粗丝与细丝的共存体系.当圆盘形结构尺寸小于临界尺寸(约8微米)时,呈现分子取向失为辐射构型的圆盘结构.在取向膜中则观察到另一类粗细丝共存现象,圆盘内为细丝而圆盘外为粉丝.
In this paper, the nematic phase texture of ET and OBA random copolyester (50/50 molar ratio) was studied by polarized light microscope. A typical disc-shaped structure was observed in the molten film, with thick filaments in the disc and filaments outside the disc. The cause is thought to be the coexistence system of thick and thin filaments caused by the uneven texture roughening process. When the disk-shaped structure size is less than the critical dimension (about 8 microns), a disk structure exhibiting a molecular orientation that is not a radiation configuration is presented. In the oriented film, another coexistence of thick and thin filaments was observed. The inside of the disc was a filament while the outside of the disc was a fan.
