针对刚柔复合式路面反射裂缝产生的机理和我国层间抗裂材料疲劳试验现有的研究特点与不足,成型了直接加铺、加铺浸渍土工布和加铺抗裂层材料3种不同复合试件,分别进行了弯拉型(中荷载)疲劳试验和剪切型(偏荷载)疲劳试验,并科学合理地提出了室内疲劳试验方法和反射裂缝观测方法。疲劳试验结果表明:加铺抗裂层材料明显优于直接加铺和加铺浸渍土工布,说明抗裂层材料能有效吸收裂缝处产生的弯拉应力和剪切应力,可有效延缓反射裂缝的产生和扩展。研究成果可为我国刚柔复合式路面层间抗裂层材料的合理选择与应用提供参考。
In view of the mechanism of the reflection cracking of the rigid-flexible composite pavement and the existing research features and shortcomings of the fatigue test of the inter-layer crack-resistant material in our country, three kinds of composite materials, namely the direct coating, the impregnated geotextile and the crack- The fatigue tests and the shear tests (partial loads) of the specimens were carried out respectively, and the indoor fatigue test method and the reflection fracture observation method were put forward scientifically and reasonably. The fatigue test results show that the anti-crack layer material is obviously better than the direct overlay and over-impregnated geotextile, indicating that anti-crack layer material can effectively absorb the bending stress and shear stress generated at the crack, which can effectively delay the reflection crack Produce and expand. The research results can provide a reference for the rational selection and application of anti-cracking layer materials between rigid and flexible composite pavement in our country.
