本文叙述了一种K_u波段高稳定调频体效应振荡源的电路结构和设计。着重介绍了外腔调制技术用于该振荡源的技术关键。振荡源的主要优点是输出功率大、频率稳定度高、调频噪声小以及电路结构简单。指标如下:中心频率点输出功率不小于200mw。常温频率稳定度优于3×10~(-5)。调频噪声与反射型腔稳频体效应振荡源相当。频率机械牵引范围16.0~16.7GHz。频率电调范围为4MHz,电调线性范围为2MHz。输出信号可以是正弦波或正弦调频连续波。
This paper describes the circuit structure and design of a K_u band high stability FM oscillator. The key technology of external cavity modulation technology for this oscillation source is emphatically introduced. The main advantage of the oscillation source is the output power, high frequency stability, FM noise and simple circuit structure. Indicators are as follows: Center frequency point output power of not less than 200mw. Room temperature frequency stability is better than 3 × 10 ~ (-5). The FM noise is equivalent to the oscillation source of the reflection cavity stabilized frequency effect. Frequency mechanical traction range 16.0 ~ 16.7GHz. Frequency tuning range of 4MHz, ESC linear range of 2MHz. The output signal can be a sine wave or a sine chirp continuous wave.
