陶瓷—金属封接工艺应用领域越来越广,但目前要用实验方法测定陶瓷—金属封接结构的应力尚存在许多困难。作者用计算方法求出各种常用封接材料在各种平、对封封接结构尺寸中的封接应力,并得到应力在各位置上的分布以及应力随温度变化的规律。将封接结构模型进行适当的简化后,可根据弹性力学理论进行计算。设平封结构在封口处瓷件所受单位周长上的内力为P及转矩为M,其值分别为:
Ceramic-metal sealing technology is more and more widely used, but there are still many difficulties to test the stress of ceramic-metal sealing structure by experiment.
