本文用仿真分析与试验分析的方法研究桑塔纳2000型轿车侧框的拉延成形过程。通过对仿真计算和实冲得到的侧框坯料拉延后工程应变的比较,评价了车身覆盖件冲压成形仿真建模的合理性和仿真结果的准确率及可信度。仿真和实冲都预示,拉延后侧框在几个拐角处应变明显集中,接近局部颈缩,可能在后续工序中出现颈缩甚至破裂。针对这种情况,从成形极限图(FLD)上讨论了可能的工艺改进方案。
In this paper, simulation analysis and experimental analysis of the Santana 2000 sedan side frame drawing process. Through the comparison of the engineering strain of the side frame blank obtained after the simulation calculation and actual drawing, the rationality of simulation and the accuracy and reliability of the body panel stamping forming simulation are evaluated. Simulation and real red both indicate that the drawn side frames are obviously concentrated at several corners and close to the local necking, which may cause necking and even rupture in the subsequent process. In view of this situation, possible process improvement schemes are discussed from the forming limit map (FLD).
