随着美国金融海啸的不断蔓延,破产的除了企业外,如今又有一个词成了国际舆论关注的焦点:国家破产。当很多人还觉得“国家破产”这个词很新鲜的时候,冰岛、韩国、巴基斯坦、迪拜等国家和地区成了世界媒体热炒的濒临破产的地方。“国家破产”究竟是何概念?历史上有没有“破产”的国家?冰岛等国是否真的面临“破产”?这些国家所欠的债务是否会被“赖”掉?它们的国家信用会不会打折扣?这些都成了人们关心的话题。
