文章通过对国内外平炉炼钢生产现状分析认为,由于平炉用氧强化冶炼,生产效率大幅度提高,消耗和成本都有较大幅度降低,平炉钢仍然具有一定的竞争能力。鞍钢第二炼钢厂将300吨倾动式平炉改造成氧气顶吹平炉,经过近十年的生产实践,对炉体结构和冶炼工艺进行大量的技术改革,使生产稳定,产量大幅度提高,取得了良好的经济效果。如果鞍钢第一炼钢厂小管用氧平炉改造成氧气顶吹平炉,可降低重油消耗55.35公斤/吨钢,每年可节约重油11.7万吨,少用矿石20.8万吨,少消耗修炉砖1.2万吨,多消耗钢铁料16.2万吨,多消耗氧气2000万米~3。并可降低工序能耗74.2公斤标准煤/吨钢,降低累计能耗60.82公斤标准煤/吨钢,可腾出场地增建改善质量设施,减少生产炉座数,为改善环保创造条件。可利用平炉大修机会和大修费用进行技术改造,不影响生产,不需要国家另行投资。
