教工的积极性是教工在教育、教学和管理活动中所表现出的一种内在能动心理状态和向上进取行为。运用激励方法调动教工的积极性,是学校领导在管理艺术上的一个重要方面。它需要以心理科学、行为科学和管理科学作指导,在全面推进素质教育中领导者更要重视激励在学校管理中的科学运用。要真正发动和依靠学校的广大教工办学,必须科学地运用好激励艺术,这是学校管理工作的一个重要方面。
The enthusiasm of the teaching staff is an intrinsically motivated mental state and upward aggressive behavior demonstrated by the staff in education, teaching and management activities. The use of incentive methods to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers is an important aspect of school leaders’ management art. It needs to be guided by psychological sciences, behavioral sciences, and management sciences. In the overall promotion of quality education, leaders must also pay more attention to the scientific application of motivation in school management. To truly launch and rely on the school’s vast numbers of teachers to run schools, we must scientifically use the art of encouragement. This is an important aspect of school management.
