以平阳霉素(Bleomycin As,5mg/kg)气管内一次滴入形成大、小白鼠肺纤维化模型。观察了黄腐酸钠和山莨菪碱对该模型的作用。结果表明,黄腐酸钠(50mg/kg)和山菪莨碱(4mg/kg)均可明显减轻肺纤维化:使肺系数减小,肺羟脯氨酸含量降低,组织学检查也表明肺病变明显减轻。黄腐酸钠和山莨菪碱对肺纤维化的保护作用可能与抑制炎症有关。
