随着经济社会的发展和人居生活水平的提高,城市河道治理的目标修复行洪排涝功能单一目标定位发展为既修复行洪排涝功能,又改善水质污染、重塑滨水景观环境、构建生态循环系统的多目标定位[1]。基于城市河道综合整治的多目标定位,本文分析了城市河道综合整治中出现和需要解决的关键问题:从截污纳管、引清调水、清淤疏浚的物理治理,驳岸处理、湿地营建、滨河景观的治理,系统地研究和总结了城市河道综合整治中的方法和途径,提出了河道多目标定位的可持续性维持和发展的方向[2]。
