目的:调查儿科护士冲突处理模式及情绪智力现状,分析情绪智力对冲突处理模式的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法选取郑州市4所三级甲等医院413名儿科护士,采用一般资料调查表、美国Rahim冲突处理模式量表-Ⅱ及“Wong&Law”情绪智力量表对其进行调查分析。结果:儿科护士最常用的冲突处理模式依次为整合、让步、妥协、逃避、支配;儿科护士能较好地管理情绪,各分支能力依次为自我情绪监测、情绪利用、情绪调节、识别他人情绪。情绪智力与冲突处理模式呈正相关(r=0.499,P<0.01)。结论:儿科护士的情绪智力是影响其冲突处理模式的重要因素,管理者应当注重提高护士的情绪智力,引导护士采取合适的冲突处理模式,以缓解护患矛盾,使护士更加高效地为患儿提供优质的护理。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the conflict management mode and emotional intelligence status of pediatric nurses and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on the conflict management mode. Methods: A total of 413 pediatric nurses from 4 tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou City were selected by the convenience sampling method. The questionnaires were collected using the General Information Questionnaire, the American Rahim Conflict Management Scale-Ⅱ and the “Wong & Law” Emotional Intelligence Scale analysis. Results: The most commonly used conflict management modes of pediatric nurses were integration, concession, compromise, evasion and domination. Pediatric nurses could manage the emotions well, and their branch abilities were self-emotion monitoring, emotion utilization, emotion regulation and recognition of others’ emotions. There was a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and conflict management (r = 0.499, P <0.01). Conclusion: Emotional intelligence of pediatric nurses is an important factor affecting the conflict management mode. Managers should pay attention to improving the emotional intelligence of nurses and guide nurses to adopt proper conflict management mode so as to relieve the contradiction between nurses and patients and make nurses more effective in treating infants Provide quality care.
