企业经济效益的最终指标应是利润,但毛利具现代发达国家公司普遍使用的一个概念,它不仅能反映出企业的经济效益,更能反映出企业的经营实力及经营潜力。而我们传统的观念认为,只有利润才是企业对社会的贡献。因此,上级对企业经济效益的考核,往往主要看利润指标,而企业为了完成利润指标会放弃或减少科研、销售等方西的输入。这是国有企业在管理观念的“误区”。其最终结果便是限制了企业自我发展的能力,扼杀了企业对社会更大贡献。
