目的对中药白英(Solanum lyratum Thunb.)全草的60%乙醇提取物进行化学研究。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及制备薄层等方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析和理化鉴别进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了11个化合物,包括6个异黄酮类,3个苯甲酸类衍生物、1个三萜和1个单糖苷,鉴定为:芒柄花苷(ononin,1)、染料木苷(genistin,2)、5-羟基芒柄花苷(5-hydroxyl ononin,3)、芒柄花素(formononetin,4)、大豆素(daidzein,5)、大豆苷(daidzin,6)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde,7)、香草酸(vanillic acid,8)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,9)、阿拉伯呋喃糖苷乙酯(ethyl-α-D-arabinofuranoside,10)、熊果酸(ursolicacid,11)。结论化合物1、2、3、10、11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical properties of 60% ethanol extract of Solanum lyratum Thunb. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and physical and chemical identification. Results 11 compounds were isolated and identified, including 6 isoflavones, 3 benzoic acid derivatives, 1 triterpenoid and 1 monoglycoside. The compounds were identified as ononin (1), genistein genistin, 2), 5-hydroxyl ononin (3), formononetin (4), daidzein (5), daidzin (6), p-hydroxybenzene 4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (7), vanillic acid (8), protocatechuic acid (9), ethyl-α-D-arabinofuranoside (10) Acid (ursolicacid, 11). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 3, 10 and 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
