本文观察了双光气作用于家兔呼吸系统上部及下部与肺水肿的发生和程度的关系。结果表明:双光气单独刺激上呼吸道不会引起肺水肿,其肺湿干比和相对肺水量分别为4.70±0.30和78.42±1.35%;与正常对照无差别。下呼吸道单独吸入双光气可引起严重的肺水肿,肺湿干比和相对肺水量为7.90±0.58和87.37±0.93%,而全呼吸道中毒和上、下呼吸道同时分别中毒的肺水肿程度无显著差别,但都比下呼吸道单独吸入组轻。结果提示双光气对上呼吸道刺激引起的反应可能具有减轻肺水肿程度的作用。
This article observes the role of diphosgene in the upper and lower respiratory system in rabbits and the relationship between the occurrence and extent of pulmonary edema.
