本文报告8例先天愚型红细胞Cu—Zn SOD活性(以正常儿童和非先天愚智能发育不全患儿为对照)的测定结果。证明先天愚型患儿SOD活性为正常儿童的1.7倍(p<0.01),是非先天愚智能发育不全患儿的2.1倍(p<0.001)。
This article reports the results of 8 cases of Alzheimer’s disease erythrocyte Cu-Zn SOD activity (normal children and non-congenital stupor mental retardation as control). Proved Down’s syndrome SOD activity in children with normal children 1.7 times (p <0.01), non-congenital stupor of hypoplasia in children 2.1 times (p <0.001).
