从生理学的角度来看,短跑项目的供能主要依靠磷酸原系统和糖酵解系统。在极量运动的情况下,磷酸原系统的能量供应仅仅能维持6-8秒钟,而糖酵解系统却可以保证2-3分钟的能量供应。由此可见,糖酵解供能系统对短跑项目的成绩起着至关重要的作用。大量的研究表明,通过速度耐力训练,可以使肌肉中的肌糖元含量增加,促进糖酵解的酶的活性增强,从而使乳酸供能能力和短跑运动员的专项成绩得以提高。发展短跑运动员速度耐力的训练方法和手段有很多,这里我们以训练的时间进程为主线,向大家介绍一些具体的方法和手段,仅供参考。 From a physiological point of view, the sprint project depends mainly on the supply of phosphate and glycolysis systems. In the case of extreme exercise, the energy supply of the phosphate system can only last 6-8 seconds, while the glycolysis system can guarantee 2-3 minutes of energy supply. Thus, glycolysis power supply system on the performance of the sprint project plays a crucial role. A large number of studies have shown that speed endurance training can increase the content of muscle glycogen and increase the activity of glycolytic enzymes so that the lactic acid feeding ability and the special performance of the sprinter can be improved.
