为研究时滞忆阻神经网络的全局指数镇定性,并克服忆阻突触连接权矩阵突然跳变所带来的困难,借助非光滑分析和微分包含理论给出了系统Filippov解的定义.根据Lyapunov稳定性理论,通过设计时滞依赖的反馈控制律,实现了所考虑忆阻网络模型的指数镇定.所设计的反馈控制律,使用于多数已存在的忆阻网络模型的镇定性控制.所设计的镇定性算法简单,容易实现,结论描述了忆阻器件的基本电力学规律.
In order to study the global exponential stability of the neural network with time-delay mem- brane and to overcome the difficulties caused by sudden jumps of the recall matrix, the definition of Filippov solution is given by using the theory of non-smoothness and differential inclusion. Lyapunov stability theory, the delay-dependent feedback control law is designed to realize the exponential stabilization of the memristor network model under consideration. The feedback control law is designed to be used in the stabilization control of most existing memristor network models. The design of the stability algorithm is simple and easy to implement, the conclusion describes the basic rules of the memristor electrical laws.
