作者去年在日本考察期间,曾去日立制作所和日立——拔柏葛工厂了解UP型直流锅炉的生产情况,并对UP直流锅炉的启动旁路系统作了比较详细的考察。访问了专门供应该系统调节阀的制造厂——日本蓓蕾工厂和设计并生产该系统控制装置的日立大瓮工厂,还参观了五井、鹿岛、袖浦等装有UP锅炉的电厂。在五井电厂比较详细地观看了锅炉启动系统的实际设备布置。据介绍日立——拔柏葛工厂从1964年生产第一台UP型直流锅炉以来,迄今共已生产27台(详见表1),总蒸发量为44000吨/时,发电能力约1360万千瓦,均供日本国内使用。27台锅炉中属亚临界蒸汽参数11台(最后一台1974年生产);属超临界蒸汽参数16台。所有锅炉中仅2台燃煤,其余均为燃油或天然气,以1983年投产的竹原电站3号机组(超临界、蒸发量2300吨/时,配70万千瓦机组,燃煤)为最新。本文即着重就锅炉启动系统中的一些主要问题,并进行探讨与介绍。

Among the 27 boilers, 11 are sub-critical steam parameters (the last one was produced in 1974); 16 are supercritical steam parameters.
