水力渐开式自控翻板闸是自动翻板闸系列中较为先进的一种。它可随上游水位的涨落而逐渐开启和回关,在任何开启度下都能保证上游水位不低于正常挡水位。1992年我市对该翻板闸存在的问题做了改进,增设了油阻减震器,加长了中墩,应用于金台电站大坝改造工程。该种闸在大坝改造中的应用,使泥沙淤积的难题得到了彻底解决。由于该闸过水能力比固定坝大,在不增加上游设计与校核洪水位下,正常挡水位比原坝提高1.0m,充分地利用水能资源,取得了较好的效益。
Hydraulic involute flap automatic gate flap is a more advanced series. It can be gradually opened and closed with the fluctuation of the upstream water level, and can ensure that the upstream water level is not lower than the normal water stop level under any opening degree. In 1992, the city made improvements to the existing problems of the flapper gate, added an oil damper and lengthened the middle pier, which was applied to the dam reconstruction project of the Jintai Power Station. The application of this type of sluice in the dam reconstruction has completely solved the problem of sedimentation. Since the gate has a larger capacity of passing water than the fixed dam, the normal retaining level is 1.0m higher than that of the original dam without increasing the upstream design and check flood level. The full utilization of hydropower resources has achieved good results.
